In WikiVideo you can watch or teach through video, audio lessons, e-learning, refresher courses, conferences about every matter.
To watch most of the audio/video files you need to have an updated browser (Firefox, Chrome, IE9+) that supports HTML5 and Javascript. In some cases it is necessary to install the plug-in Flash Player that usually is already installed on any browser and is downlodable here
If you experience difficulties please make sure your browser has JavaScript enabled (read howto enable javascript). To download and watch files on your device (when granted) you need a software able to read multiple formats, including by way of example:
- Apple QuickTime
- Windows Media Player
- RealPlayer

If you can't watch a video (percentual is under 100% or it takes too long) probably your connection is too slow or WikiVideo server is too busy, retry next hours. If you have other problems contact the staff.
If during creation of a course you encounter troubles in upload:
(1) Upload your file again or recreate the course. Many issues can be resolved with a simple do-over.
(2) Make sure that your video format match our guidelines. Some codecs are not supported.
(3) Hardwire your computer to the Internet (via Ethernet cable) and disable Wi-Fi.
(4) Update your browser and disable plugin or extensions.
(5) Close any other open browser tabs or windows.
(6) Check your computer's power management settings so it does not power off or go to sleep during the upload.
